Every artwork is professionally packed using museum-quality materials. Paintings are custom-crated with foam protection, and works on paper are shipped flat in archival packaging with acid-free materials.

Climate-Controlled Transport

We partner with specialized art shipping carriers to ensure your artwork travels in climate-controlled conditions, protecting it from temperature and humidity fluctuations.

Full Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price at no additional cost. Insurance coverage begins from the moment the artwork leaves our facility until delivery.

Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork size, weight, and destination. Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $10,000. Contact us for an international shipping quote.

14-Day Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return the artwork within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Artwork must be in its original condition
• Original packaging must be used for return shipping
• Certificate of authenticity must be included
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

Damaged Artworks

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please contact us to discuss options. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
