3. Artwork Authenticity

We guarantee the authenticity of all artworks sold through ©SurrenDoorsArt. Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and provenance documentation. If an artwork is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping artworks. All shipments are fully insured. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period for artworks returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the artwork arrived damaged or was not as described. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright. Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ©SurrenDoorsArt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms
